Stefanocoding – Terms of Service

Hello! Thank you for being part of Stefanocoding (“Stefanocoding” or “SC”) Throughout these terms:
- Clients may be referred to as “Clients,” “You,” or “Clientele.”
- Passbolt Vault may be referred to as “Vault,” “Passbolt,” or “Password Manager.”
- References to “We” or “Us” refer to Codixer, operating under Stefanocoding.
General Terms
Our services are digital-only and may evolve over time. All files, code, images, and data created by us may, with your consent, be used in our public portfolio. Redistribution of our scripts, procedures, or assets is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without refunds for prior clients. Chargebacks or disputes without good reason will lead to immediate termination of services unless resolved by mutual agreement.
Payments & Refunds
Invoices are issued through our in-house InvoiceNinja system. Payments are due within 7 days of issue; if unpaid, a $10 late fee applies. Payments can be made via Stripe (iDeal, Card, Klarna, etc) or PayPal.
Refunds are only available to new clients within 48 hours of their first payment. Subsequent payments are non-refundable, except in cases of error.
Priorities & Additional Work
Requests are handled by priority:
- Urgent → mission-critical outage, immediate response
- High → systems degraded but usable, escalated handling
- Normal → completed within days/week
- Low → non-urgent improvements or scheduling
Standard monthly coverage includes setup of new production systems (within limits) and installation of purchased Pterodactyl themes. Complex requests such as infrastructure migrations, virtualization setups, WHMCS customizations, or advanced game panel addons are billed separately. Codixer retains final discretion on what qualifies as additional work.
Client Identity & Administration
Changing a client’s business name or domain requires a $30 base fee due to the behind-the-scenes updates needed (From domain usage to backup systems updates).
For security, outside administrators are generally not permitted access. If an exception is granted, they will be required to use a monitoring system that logs all command usage. Any issues caused by outside administrators are not covered under the current agreement and may be billed separately at the hourly rate.
Privacy, Data & Liability
We treat all information—including login credentials, project assets, and communications—as confidential and never sell it to third parties.
While we strive for reliability, Stefanocoding is not responsible for data or code loss after providing support. If an issue is caused by our error, we will attempt recovery through backups, but financial reimbursement is not offered unless legally required.
Issues caused by outside administrators (see Client Identity & Administration) are excluded from coverage and may result in additional hourly charges.
Availability of support is provided on a best-effort basis, as Stefanocoding is operated during free time outside of other professional obligations. While we prioritize resolution of critical issues, our primary employment and commitments take precedence. You can expect us to make every reasonable effort to assist when possible.
We also do not offer “lifetime” services, as these create unreasonable demands far into the future.
Communication & Availability
All requests must be submitted through official channels. Codixer does not handle business requests via direct messages, except for adding or removing staff, or for personal (non-business) matters.
Support outside of reasonable hours requires prior arrangement and may incur additional fees. Examples of unreasonable requests include last-minute 5AM tasks or expecting overnight standby without prior agreement. Support is provided on a best-effort basis, with urgent issues prioritized, but other professional commitments take precedence.
Invoices, Termination & Leaving
Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services (e.g., disabling player connectivity via TCP Shield or termination of servers by OVH). If no contact is made within 14 days, Codixer may forcibly disrupt services to prompt resolution. Any outstanding balances may be pursued through debt collection agencies if necessary.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis (see Privacy, Data & Liability and Communication & Availability). Non-payment or termination of services directly affects availability and may limit or suspend our ability to respond to requests until the account is brought up to date.
Leaving Stefanocoding requires 7 days’ notice, and all outstanding invoices must be paid in full. If an invoice has already been raised for a month, cancellation does not void that month’s charges.
Chargebacks result in immediate termination and permanent ban, with possible legal action. Even discussing chargebacks against other providers is discouraged.
Respect & Fair Use
Abuse toward Codixer leads to immediate cancellation without refund. Likewise, deliberate disruption, false accusations, or malicious intent will result in termination. If your own staff or approved outside administrators make unauthorized or harmful changes, recovery fees may apply. (See also: Client Identity & Administration.)
Clients are expected not to request competing services while under active Stefanocoding support.
Final Note
Codixer’s word is final. These terms exist to maintain fairness, clarity, and respect between us and our clients. Please keep in mind that not all factors are within our control, and we ask for your understanding in such cases.
